A modification of two existing villas to be remodeled to accommodate an eye surgery facility with ophthalmology clinics. The center includes a one day surgery facility including recovery, a lazic procedure room and amenities. The external cladding and the general appearance is to recreate the form of the villa to reflect the medical functions on the inside.
