A 36 storey tower composed of a main volume containing office space and a smaller volume dedicated to a business hotel. A significant feature is the set of panoramic elevators that are situated in the split between the two volumes and continue up to the upper roof recreational facilities. The building is designed as a landmark visible from the Abu Dhabi Corniche.
