A full workers residential compound for 35,640 workers composed of sixty six typical workers residential blocks (G+2), a central kitchen and dining facility, a mall, a grand mosque as well as roads, parking, playing fields, landscaping and infrastructure.

The construction system chosen for the development is modular pre-cast concrete for efficiency, longevity and rigidity.

MHA was involved in the feasibility studies, prepared the concept design, schematic design, detailed design and the tender documents. MHA manged the tender process and the tender actions and got involved in negotiations and recommendation of contractors.
