This multi use complex is planned for the city of Sohar in the Sultanate of Oman along the main road leading to the main port. The ground floor comprises a shopping mall with an attached oval shaped office building situated at the central longitudinal axis of the project. The U-Shaped formation above the mall is composed of 180 residential hotel apartments. The project also includes basement parking and a 2000 sqm multi purpose hall. The project has been designed according to the local architectural character of the Sultanate of Oman. The design scope covers interior design for facilities within the project.
