The project composes 180 one bedroom suites spread into a group of 3 storey blocks. All units are designed to have a view into either the interior gardens and common facilities or to the exterior green panorama of the city of Al Ain. The architectural character is in accordance with Al Ain tradition, especially through the use of the parapets and corner domes.
