This is a typical high end residential building in Mount Lebanon containing three to four bedroom family apartments which are either simplexes or duplexes. The setting of the project in the mountain area with slopes and pine trees all over has directed the design. The natural stone cladding and traditional ornaments are inherent in character with the vicinity.
