A development composed of five residential buildings spread over four plots and along two roads. The group of buildings is of a mixture of Lebanese Mediterranean style and a modern touch to the treatment of the facades. Stone cladding, red tile roofing, wooden pergolas and curtain walls are intertmixed to create the spirit of the complex. The steep natural slope allows for natural and imposed terracing that give the required spaces for lining up with pine trees, a characteristic of the Yarze area which is a green hilly area overlooking the city of Beirut.
