Our main concern in Master Planning is good urbanism which can be simply defined as the confederation or union of neighboring groups of people resorting to a center which is to be used as common meeting place for living, worshiping, governing, commerce, recreation, and other activities, hence, it is the total body formed by the various elements of such a community. Another definition is that an urban area is a composite of cells, neighborhoods, or communities where people work together for a common unifying cause within the area. Successful urban areas are locations where there is opportunity for diverse types of living environments & life styles.
