The compound is serviced with a central mall and shopping stores. The design stresses on the abundance and ornateness of the landscaping, pedestrian walkways, playgrounds and water features. The modern glazing creates reflection and a fluid play of forms. The result is intended to be a visibly comfortable and enticing atmosphere even though the project has a high building density.
