A workshop facility including an air conditioned customer drop-off and pickup zone, a 14 bay car service zone, a paint shop and other technical bays. Two car lifts connect the basement, ground and first floor. The administration and customer waiting areas are centralized in the building to allow view to the various functions.

The architectural design is derived from the design of Bentley Car. The main curtain wall is drawn from the shape of the front grill, the side from the spoilers and the fenestration from the windscreen and side windows. The cladding is aluminum with small connection grooves to attain maximum similarity to skin of the cars. Designed with A.C.O, Abu Dhabi.
