The overall concept of the villa has a particular character that does not veer off character and design criteria of Saadiyat Island. The villa mixed substantial use of red tile roofing, arches, classical columns while having walls finishes.

The intended appearance starts expressing itself as soon as the visitors stands in front of the villa and is presented with numerous architectural elements including a grand entrance.

The main villa is placed in the middle of the site to allow for the adequate distance from the streets that is needed for the viewer to have a comprehensive view of the building and generally allowing space for hardscape and landscape areas all around the main villa building.
