Master planning for a 3km stretch of property in the desert of Umm Al Quwain. The scope included density studies and the design of roads network, as well as parking and landscaping allocations. The overall planning was subdivided into three zones split by crossing main roads. The various functions were defined, calculated for and projected. This project was designed in association with Crang & Boake .

Zone A: A central spine with landscaping ending with a mixed use development including a mall and several hotel buildings with direct view of the sea.

Zone B: The central area of the project is mostly residential with parking, playgrounds, landscaping and ammenities.

Zone C: Commercial bulidings and twin structure hotel at the entrance corner to the development.
