A 4,800m² complex of three villas. The design is based on a geometry of three wings forming a semi-public inner courtyard. Through intelligent use of semi-solid walls which are inspired by Arabic ornaments and reinterpreted through parametric design, the structure playfully interacts with air, light, shadows and at the same time defines private, public and hybrid spaces.
Mark Habre & Associates worked with Peter Pichler Architecture of Milan Italy, on the design. The scope covered detailed design, authorities’ approvals and supervision services.
